We begin by working closely with the client (YOU) to develop the job requirements, the profile of a successful
candidate, the hiring parameters, the communication guidelines and most importantly a complete
understanding of your business. It is important that we understand not only who You are but also who YOU
want to become. What markets YOU serve, who competes with YOU, what advantages do YOU enjoy, what
challenges face YOU strategically, AND why should a successful person want to work for YOUR company.

Our
Research Assistant develops a sourcing strategy to identify the best candidates available and create a
list of potential new employees for YOU. We begin our recruiting process by assigning the search to one of
our
Recruiters. This recruiter will take personal responsibility for the completion of the search within the time
specified by YOU.  This recruiter communicates with the hiring manager to schedule interview times and to
refine the job specifications. Establishing initial process guidelines enables us to more effectively complete the
search.

The
Account Executive provides reports to YOU along the way. YOU know what is going on, what is not
happening, and what information we have discovered about this search and about the marketplace.

At the end of the search YOU are given a complete analysis of the activity. We give YOU feedback about the
candidates, the hiring process, and the success. We follow up with both the hiring manager and the new
employee to insure that the process was successful.

Our Process
When we unite our Account Executives with our Research Staff and Recruiters, we
begin to function as a complete series of machine parts that are moving forward in
unison. It is this momentum that gives our clients an advantage over their
competition.
There is no one magic formula. Each client is different. Each search brings
individual challenge. To us the excitement comes from finding the one unique
above average performer that will take our client to the next level.

Our
Research Department uses many different techniques to source, find,
screen, and develop interest from both active and passive candidates. While most
of our searches do not qualify as "hunting a needle in a haystack", the majority
require the skilled use of many tools to surface and attract the successful
candidate.
Our Recruiters are the primary interface with the client
after prospective candidates have been identified. These
professionals are responsible for coordinating the
communication between the candidate and the hiring
manager, the scheduling of interviews, and the feedback
from all meetings. They can communicate offers, rejections,
and help negotiate terms of employment. Each one of our
recruiters not only has recruiting experience but has been
successful in other business roles prior to joining The FTP
Group.
We tie our operation together with state of the art web based programs
that allow for high levels of communication and activity. Through our web
programs we have access to candidate databases, job requirements,
industry research guides, and complete activity reporting.

For our staff that means everyone can understand what is going on with any
individual search at any time. For our clients we have a "real time"
relationship. We can provide activity reports on interviews and hiring. This
allows us to provide metrics to our clients relative to our performance.
