The FTP Group is an organization dedicated to recruiting the best talent available
for clients who require volume recruiting. By utilizing “at home” based recruiters,
account executives, and researchers, we are able to provide these services on a
highly competitive flat fee basis. The organization currently consists of 17 people
and can scale as required by client search requirements.
The principals within the organization have over 58 years of recruiting experience.
The staff’s experience ranges from 1 year to 34 years of experience. The average
is 7 years. Additionally, each of these individuals has a background in either
managing or developing businesses within a range of industries. It is the
combined business acumen and high energy that allows The FTP Group to be
successful.

Kay Grace
Kay joined The FTP Group in October of 2006 as our
Director of Operations. She has day to day responsibility
for insuring that all internal parties communicate and
receive the resources they need. Prior to joining FTP she
was a manager with several national office equipment
companies, a top sales person with a national payroll
services company and administrative manager with a
number of smaller firms.
She enjoys travel, spending time with her daughter, being
on stage in amateur productions, and working with
volunteer organizations.
